INTRODUCTION

Anyone can become a My T Brite Lights Distributor. Professional lighting and hardware vendors, retailers or simply Christmas Lighting enthusiasts can take advantage of our simple Volume Pricing and Distributor regime.

The threshold level have been set deliberately low to encourage take-up by the enthusiasts who may wish to aggregate a purchase amongst their friends and colleagues or who simply want to be able to buy the best quality lights at the best possible prices.

PRICING

My T Brite Lights has established a tiered discount schedule to accommodate volume purchases and the resale businesses of potential Distributors. Volume purchases are quoted on a case-by-case basis and do not require established Distributor relationship status.

Samples of quoted products are available at a special rate to ensure quality and satisfaction before making a large commitment.

To encourage the establishment of the Distributor relationship, My T Brite Lights offers personalised customer support, consulting, marketing information, stock photos, warehousing, and other convenient services.

A realistic minimum first purchase (or clearly demonstrated purchasing history with My T Brite Lights is required to establish the account) and minimum annual purchase amounts are required in exchange for continued discounted pricing and our services.

In general, the following price levels, discounts and terms apply to Volume purchases and Distributor accounts. The volume levels are deliberately set low to encourage collective purchasing, co-operative activities and localised distribution on an introductory basis. (Exceptions may apply, please read our distributor terms and conditions.)

Maximum Stock Item Discount Rate Annual/Volume Purchase OVER $4,000

Pre-season, Full or Shared Container Minimum Purchase over $30,000 (deposit required)

Incentives for increased sales/purchases and long-term relationships between My T Brite Lights and the Dealerships include exclusive seasonal discounts and "roll-over" status from year to year.

Therefore, if a Distributor maintains or achieves a higher discount level during a calendar year, that level will carry over into the following calendar year and will be evaluated and re-qualified every 6 months thereafter.

Base pricing for each calendar year is established in the month of March of that year and will be made effective in May of that year.

Promotions are offered throughout the year along with early notification for deals on overstock items and close-outs as they become available.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Stock status and inventory reports are generated on a regular basis and automatically emailed to our Distributor customers so that you know what is available to buy and sell. Of course, we would be happy to give you an up to the minute count on a specific item if you just give us a call.

Copies of reports are also available anytime upon request if you have missed or just misplaced the most recent copy. Just send an email to sales@mytbritelights.com.au

Stock status reports will generally be distributed as an email attachment in PDF form.

PAYMENT TERMS

My T Brite Lights strives to support our Volume customers and Distributors with competitive pricing and realistic payment terms.

We accept pre-payment by cash or cheque or direct deposit using the account details that will be provided to you at the time on invoicing.

At this time My T Brite Lights is not able to extend credit terms.

SERVICES

My T Brite Lights is located in South East Queensland.

Shipping for volume purchases and Distributors will generally be organised by courier from our warehousing facility. Smaller volume orders will generally be dispatched via Australia Post upon request.

Along with personalised support, discount pricing, year-round inventory (taking account of the seasonailty of the product), and a variety of energy-efficient products to choose from; our Distributor accounts may take advantage of our warehousing services at no additional charge.

Upon establishing an Distributor relationship, we can assist with your marketing, preparing your order, allocate product for future shipments, pack and hold your bulk pre-season order until October 1st.
