2010 Christmas Light Display Competition
Category 1
Best Overall Display where the majority of lights used are 'My T Brite Lights Classics', My T Brite Lights Rope Light, net lights, 'My T Brite Lights Ultra Brite All In One's'.
Category 2
Best single feature composed entirely or almost entirely of My T Brite Lights.
By way of suggestion only; a single feature could be: an arch or arches, a fan, giant bauble, house and window outline, mega tree, mini tree ‘forest’, giant star, shooting star/s, Christmas sign, illuminated silhouettes, candy canes, illuminated tunnel etc.
These could be animated or static, computer controlled or controlled by My T Brite Lights controllers.
How To Enter
Take some photos or shoot a video of your display and/or feature and email them to info@mytbritelights.com.au with the subject line “Light Display Competition Category 1” or “Light Display Competition Category 2”.
You can enter both categories of the competition but separate entries (including separate video and or photos) must be supplied for each category.
If supplying video – please upload it to You Tube and supply the link to the video page. The video must have the words My T Brite Lights in the heading. High definition is preferable.
Submit your entry by no later than 31 January 2011 and we will judge the competition in the month of February. Winners will be notified by email and on both www.mytbritelights.com.au and www.thechristmaslightshop.com web sites.
At the time of submitting your entry please confirm that:
- Permission is granted for www.mytbritelights.com.au and www.thechristmaslightshop.com to used the photos and or videos submitted on our web sites and for advertising purposes should the need arise; and that
- For Category 1 – the majority (more than 50%) of lights used in the display are My T Brite Lights; or
- For Category 2 – feature is composed entirely or almost entirely of My T Brite Lights.
Judging
The competition will be judged by the owners of My T Brite Lights and the Christmas Light Shop. The judge’s decision will be final and will take account of the creativity in the use of My T Brite lights in the display.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded for the first and second place getters in each category.
First Place in each Category will receive a $250.00 shopping voucher (including shipping) for use at any of our web stores – www.mytbritelights.com.au, www.giftsgalore.com.au or www.thechristmaslightshop.com
Second Place in each category will receive a $100.00 shopping voucher (including shipping) for use at any of our web stores – www.mytbritelights.com.au, www.giftsgalore.com.au or www.thechristmaslightshop.com
The prizes are not redeemable for cash and must be used by no later than 30 April 2011.
